And he was never a guest in our house. He was family could walk into the house at 1 am and 2 am to discuss whatever he wanted to discuss with Yusuf saab and spend time with him."We loved Dharam ji a lot and he loved us back equally"When he was launching Sunny, he just walked up to the second-floor bedroom in our Bandra home, sat with Yusuf saab, had large photographs and the publicity material that was to launch Sunny and Amrita Singh. They used to savour lovely home-cooked biryani, which our special cook used to prepare over the years. And Dharam ji would ask, whenever he wanted, the biryani to be sent to his place. It would be made from here and sent to him. "I feel shattered knowing Dharam ji is no more"I spoke to him about a month ago that Dharam ji, I haven't seen you for a very long time. Both Sunny and Dharam ji would check up on me regularly in the past three or four years. When we last spoke, I said, "We haven't seen you for long. May I come to meet you? You always say, come and meet me, see you at the farm house in Lonavala." Dharam ji said, "No, Saira ji, don't worry at all. But we are real brothers.'Also Read: Saira Banu’s Reunion With Hema Malini Stirs Old Memories Again。　　2014年8月13日，商务部发布2014年第56号公告，决定自2014年8月14日起，对原产于印度的进口单模光纤征收反倾销税，税率为7.4%—30.6%，实施期限为5年。　　2020年8月13日，商务部发布2020年第29号公告，决定自2020年8月14日起，继续按照商务部2014年第56号公告公布的税率对原产于印度的进口单模光纤征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。　　2025年8月13日，应中国单模光纤产业申请，商务部发布2025年第42号公告，决定自2025年8月14日起，对原产于印度的进口单模光纤所适用的反倾销措施进行期终复审调查。　　商务部对如果终止反倾销措施，原产于印度的进口单模光纤倾销继续或再度发生的可能性，以及对中国单模光纤产业的损害继续或再度发生的可能性进行了调查，并依据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》（以下简称《反倾销条例》）第四十八条作出复审裁定（见附件）。现将有关事项公告如下：　　一、复审裁定　　商务部裁定，如果终止反倾销措施，原产于印度的进口单模光纤对中国的倾销可能继续或再度发生，对中国单模光纤产业造成的损害可能继续或再度发生。　　二、反倾销措施　　依据《反倾销条例》第五十条的规定，商务部根据调查结果向国务院关税税则委员会提出继续实施反倾销措施的建议。国务院关税税则委员会根据商务部的建议作出决定，自2026年8月14日起，对原产于印度的进口单模光纤继续征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。　　征收反倾销税的产品范围是原反倾销措施所适用的产品，与商务部2014年第56号公告和2020年第29号公告的产品范围一致。具体如下：　　被调查产品名称：单模光纤。

二 | 　　英文名称：Single-mode Optical Fiber。　　被调查产品的具体描述：单模光纤是指在一定的波段范围内，只传输单一模式光信号的光纤。单模光纤的芯径通常在4-12μm范围内，包层直径为125μm左右，涂覆层直径在245μm左右。单模光纤具有传输速率快、传输距离长、传输容量大的特点。　　主要用途：单模光纤适用于各类光缆结构，包括光纤带光缆、松套层绞光缆、骨架光缆、中心束管式光缆、紧套光缆、皮线缆、碟形光缆等。

三 | 单模光纤主要应用于高速率、长距离以及接入网传输，主要使用在长途干线、城域网、有线电视、光纤接入网（如FTTH）等网络。　　该产品归在《中华人民共和国进出口税则》：90011000。该税则号项下不符合被调查产品具体描述的其他种类的光纤、光导纤维束及光缆，不在本次调查产品范围之内。

四 | 　　根据商务部2014年第56号公告和2020年第29号公告的规定，对各公司征收的反倾销税税率如下：　　1.斯德雷特科技有限公司 7.4%　　（Sterlite Technologies Limited）　　2.贝拉古河光纤有限公司 11.4%　　（Birla Furukawa Fibre Optics Limited）　　3.康宁技术印度有限公司 24.5%　　（Corning Technologies India Private Limited）　　4.阿克什光纤有限公司 30.6%　　（Aksh Optifibre Limited）　　5.菲诺莱克斯电缆有限公司 30.6%　　（Finolex Cables Limited）　　6.其他印度公司 24.5%　　三、征收反倾销税的方法　　自2026年8月14日起，进口经营者在进口原产于印度的单模光纤时，应向中华人民共和国海关缴纳相应的反倾销税。反倾销税以海关确定进口货物的计税价格从价计征，计算公式为：反倾销税税额＝海关确定进口货物的计税价格×反倾销税税率。进口环节增值税以海关确定进口货物的计税价格加上关税和反倾销税作为计税价格从价计征。　　四、行政复议和行政诉讼　　根据《反倾销条例》第五十三条的规定，对本复审决定不服的，可以依法申请行政复议，也可以依法向人民法院提起诉讼。　　五、本公告自2026年8月14日起执行　　附件：中华人民共和国商务部关于原产于印度的进口单模光纤所适用反倾销措施的期终复审裁定.pdf商务部2026年8月13日。
